Women face unique challenges in our very disruptive business environment. Studies continue to indicate the disproportionate number of women leaders in industry. These same studies also highlight the increased organizational performance with women in leadership roles.
Women Leaders Program is designed to assist women in their personal and professional leadership journey.
The Women Leaders Program engages a diverse group of women leaders committed to enhancing their own leadership capacity and capability. Together, we aim to grow a trusted professional network across different business sectors. The program will also create a safe environment for women to speak about challenges and discover relevant options to choose a successful path forward.

During the course of the Women Leaders program the participants will have the advantage of a professional coach. This relationship is designed to enhance results and assure a valuable experience. Individual coaching throughout the program enhances their experience by affording them the opportunity to customize implementation of the insights and learning during the sessions. They will increase their effectiveness as it is directly tailored to their specific business field, organizational position or agenda, and their personal ambitions.

Our approach is to create an experience-based learning environment for participants to have a meaningful look at themselves in their world. We encourage them to look with “new eyes” at their relationship to their roles as leaders, ultimately aspiring to enrich their leadership impact for themselves and others. Facilitators
Mel Christie
Melvin Christie has over 30 years’ experience as an international management consultant, facilitator and executive coach. He is passionate about creating results, developing effective leaders, and implementing strategies that make a difference.
Mel has expertise in leadership development, executive team development and is a certified Integral Coach®. His book, “The Six C’s Of Leadership, Improve Your Ability To Lead With Power And Purpose” assists you in your journey toward understanding and effective action, helping you translate insight into action and results.
Mel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John’s University and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy University.
Marianne Dupuis
Marianne has been designing and facilitating workshops since 1998. Working with multi-cultural differences and coaching clients, Marianne excels in challenging leaders to develop new mindsets and fulfill their true potential aligned with their own greater purpose. She excels in human capital development, especially through emotional intelligences, creativity expansion and neurosciences. She coaches executives on career transitioning, effective communication and team management.
Marianne certified cum laude as a Training Facilitator, Professional Coach and HR Consultant from Institute of Applied Neuroscience in Paris, France as well as from Open Door Coaching, in Australia. She is an accredited ICF Coach, at PCC level. She is accredited from Harrisson Assessments profiling, DiSC and GENOS Emotional Intelligence.
LiiChu Low
LiiChu Low is a life-long learner, passionate about personal and leadership development. Her expertise is empowering and inspiring executives to create high performance results as well as a balance in their personal/professional life. Many of her clients have acknowledged her for her ability to assist them to see their challenges and issues in creative new ways that lead toward results.
LiiChu is a certified PCC Integral Coach®, a Certified Vocational Technical Officer and Certified SKM3 Qigong practitioner. She creates individual coaching programs to assist her clients to achieve their desired goals. She believes in the value of somatic work; transforming leadership excellence through the wisdom of the body. Human beings are an evolving work of art continuously expressing their beauty and uniqueness.

Payment Details
Women Leaders Program fees: US$ 7,850* (inclusive of 6% service tax)
*Fees include executive coaching and training materials.
*Fees do not include travel, accommodations, or other personal business expense.
*Fees subject to change.
*50% deposit is required to secure your place. The balance of the fees is due on or before March 31, 2022.
cancellation policy
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received before February 28, 2022 are subject to a charge of US$ 70 for administrative purposes. From February 28, 2022 onwards, refunds will not be provided.
Replacement by colleagues, (i.e. transfer of the registration) are welcomed at no extra cost.
