She excels in human capital development, especially through emotional intelligence, creativity expansion and neurosciences. She coaches executives on career transitioning, effective communication and team management. Marianne is a certified cum laude as a Training Facilitator, Professional Coach and HR Consultant from the Institute of Applied Neurosciences in Paris, France as well as from Open Door Coaching in Australia. She is an accredited ICF Coach, at PCC level. She is accredited for Harrisson Assessments profiling, DiSC and GENOS Emotional Intelligence. Marrianne graduated from Skema Business School in France.
