Edward Brewington is passionate in dealing with people. He is responsible for policies and practices related to human capital; centrally developed education curriculum and the resolution of customer issues. In the past, he set up a succession planning process in the establishment of a company-wide culture. He also has teaching experience in subjects related to change management and transformation change. Edward had his work published in the Management Development Chapter in The ASTD Training and Development Handbook, 1996. Edward holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Psychology from the City College of New York and a Master of Business Administration, with distinction, from Long Island University. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Program.
